Synopsis for "Planet Savage (Conclusion)"
The Hulk and his Warbound have come to the Savage Land to investigate who has been slaughtering the refugees from Sakaar. During their investigation, the Hulk was captured by Miek and impregnated with Sakaaran/insect hybrids. As the Hulk is carried away by the insects, Skaar insists that they go after his father. However, Elloe Kaifi notices that the Sakaaran refugees are under attack from the insect horde. Ka-Zar points out that the Hulk can survive longer than the Sakaarans, convincing the youth to help the people of his homeworld. During the fight, Elloe finds the Red Priest and blames him for the danger brought along to their people. The Red King explains that he was willing to do anything to save his people from extinction and knew that she and the Warbound would stand beside them whatever the situation.
Suddenly, No-Name of Brood detects that something is approaching the village. Among a new wave of insects is the Hulk who is under their control. The Hulk attacks and easily overpowers the Warbound. He then goes to strike some Sakaaran children, but Elloe Kaifi stands in their way. When the Hulk is about to strike, Miek stops him and explains that his situation has changed, instead of killing them all he now needs their help. Miek explains that with the last queen of his people being dead, his species faced extinction. However, while in human captivity, Miek underwent a change and discovered that he could now lay eggs. However, the children he birthed would soon die. Miek then broke out and came to the Savage Land where he discovered that his children could thrive off the flesh of the people from Sakaar. However, this wasn't enough to give them the strength to survive. Miek soon devised a plan to implant his eggs within the Hulk, figuring his great strength would help the creatures be born. No-Name of Brood then pledges to Miek that when his children are born, the Warbound will protect them.
Suddenly, the Hulk's healing ability burns out the toxin putting him under Miek's control and he attacks. He throws Miek against the side of a volcano which beings to erupt from the impact. While the Warbound evacuate the village, the Hulk then confronts Miek. He pulls the insectoid's children from his body and is about to stomp on them, when he is stopped by Skaar. He tells his father they must nourish the children and allows them to feed upon him instead. However, Miek wants the Hulk destroyed and risks crushing his own children to death in order to try and put Skaar under his control. Meanwhile, the Hulk has grabbed a sword and uses it to cut off one of Miek's arms. With the children left in Skaar's care, the Hulk then strikes Miek again, sending him flying across the Savage Land to the edge of Antarctica. There, Miek is about to fall in down a chasm with tons of falling ice. The Hulk catches up with him and offers to save him. However, Miek decides against it and lets himself fall to his death, ending his threat for good.
Later, Elloe Kaifi has been crowned the Red Queen of New Imperia and she and the Warbound begin working to restore their tribe. When the Hulk returns, his son is still angry that he tried to kill the young offspring of Miek and walks away from him without saying another word. Korg and the others try to convince the Hulk to stay and try to fix things with his son, but the Hulk tells them that he had been trying to get rid of the boy for months and then leaps away.Appearing in "The Spy Who Smashed Me - Part One: When In Rome"

Synopsis for "The Spy Who Smashed Me - Part One: When In Rome"
Betty Ross wakes up in a barn in Belleville, Georgia, and spots smoke rising in the distance. She decides to go and check it out. Along the way, she is stopped by approaching military vehicles who tell her that it's not safe as the Hulk has been spotted on the rampage. When they try to stop her, she turns into the Red She-Hulk and smashes their vehicles. She is then approached by a man in gladiatorial armor who she thinks is her ex-husband, the Hulk, but turns out to be Tyrannus, the Hulk's old foe, who thinks that they will get along great.
Meanwhile, at the Olympus Group Research Facility located within Gammaworld, Bruce Banner visits Amadeus Cho and tells him of his recent harrowing activities. Cho has something to show him, playing back footage of the Red She-Hulk going on a rampage. Looking at the footage, he realizes the house that she is demolishing is the last place that they lived together. Cho has since tracked her to Italy where she has been shopping at high-end fashion houses. Based on his calculations both men realize that Betty's powers are in flux and after a few more transformations into the Red She-Hulk, she will be trapped in that form forever. Bruce decides to find his wife on his own, telling Amadeus that he wants to sort this one out alone. Still, Amadeus wants to help Bruce out and equips him with some spy equipment to help him track Betty down. Soon, Bruce tracks her down to a charity benefit at Il Museo Della Mitologia Antica. Cho views the surveillance cameras and determines that she is casing the room with an unseen accomplice. He tells Bruce to wait for him to run some number, but Banner is too impatient and barges into the ballroom and pulls his ex-wife onto the dance floor. He tries to warn her of the risk of continued transformations and that he doesn't want to fight. However, Betty is spoiling for one anyway and trips him. Banner falls into a marble bust, knocking it off its stand, but it is caught by Tyrannus. The fact that Betty is working with one of his oldest foes comes to a shock to a shock to Bruce. Worse, Tyrannus was invited to this event by the government.
Cho confirms that Tyrannus was indeed invited, and tries to figure out what else he is up to. However, Bruce loses control of himself and transforms into the Hulk. He smashes the bust, but Cho reminds him to just walk away otherwise Betty will transform and they don't know what will happen then. Surprisingly, the Hulk listens, and he is gone by the time the authorities are gone. Betty is unphased by all of this and continues partying. Outside, the authorities confront the Hulk, but their bullets bounce harmlessly off him. As Cho continues to figure out what Tyrannus might be looking for in the museum, the Hulk turns around and sees his foe on one of the balconies carrying Betty in his arms. Furious, the Hulks smashes through a wall and confronts him. Rushing into another room, Tyrannus tricks the Hulk into thinking he has locked Betty away in a mystically sealed vault. Back at base, Cho sees security footage of the museum direct, Sofia Di Cosio arriving on the scene and tells the Hulk to stay calm. However, the gamma-spawned monster won't listen and rips the vault door off its hinges. Once he has done so there is a sudden jolt of light. The Hulk is then attacked from behind by the Red She-Hulk, while Tyrannus grabs what he has been seeking.
The Red She-Hulk then incapacitates the Hulk and escapes with her ally. As the Hulk recovers, the authorities surround him. Amadeus then calls Sofia di Cosimo and asks her what was held in that safe. She tells him that it contains "the source of all our ills and the receptacle of our only hope.", in other words, they have just stolen Pandora's Box.Appearing in "The Next Life"

Synopsis for "The Next Life"
At the Bookman Burn Center in Sunnyvale, California, Jacob Fineman has been undergoing treatment since he was horribly burned during the destruction at Omnisapient. The doctors manage to get ahold of Jacob's brother and bring him into the facility. However, when he learns that he is expected to pay for Jacob's treatment, his brother cuts out, as they had never been close. Stuck in a tank that keeps his horribly burned skin moist, Fineman thinks about the accident that put him in this current situation.
Meanwhile, in Llano, Texas, the Red Hulk appears at a barbecue cook-off and calmly asks for food. The people there flee in panic at the site of the Red Hulk. He is quickly joined by Annie, a LMD from Gamma Base, who has come to check on him since General Fortean tagged him with nanites that allow them to track him but prevent him from returning to human form. Annie tells him that she has been given permission to leave the base in order to be his connection out on the field. She also explains that word has been sent to Steve Rogers in the hopes they can get him to get General Fortean off the Red Hulk's back. She then scans his body to determine if there is a way to destroy the nanites. When she asks him if he has any discomfort while sleeping, the Red Hulk startles her by explaining that he hasn't slept since he was infected as he sometimes reverts back to human form while sleeping. Annie warns him that this could be dangerous, even though Ross' body doesn't need rest, his mind does. Suddenly, he hears the approach of the Thunderbolt. On board, Fortean orders a missile to be fired. In order to protect Annie from the blast, the Red Hulk leaps up and lets the missile strike him. However, this was merely a decoy that allows a second missile to pass by undetected.
Back in California, the doctors at the Bookman Burn Center the doctors are called away from Fineman to answer another emergency. While they are gone, Jacob is visited by his former boss, Parul Kurinji, who has been transformed into a creature of pure technomorphic being. She explains that this happened when she tried to stop the virus running rampant during by connecting with the central computer. However, something happened when the Red Hulk forcibly unplugged her from the computer, transforming her into this new being. Now a being that is a combination of human and machine, Kurinji explains that she has been reborn and now calls herself Zero/One. Zero/One then injects Jacob with a drug that will deaden his pain receptors and covers him in a gel that will function as his skin. She explains that she needs him as her assistant to help her work toward the future: One of creativity, innovation, and eradication.
In Texas, the second missile strikes the ground and ejects a series of mechanical spheres to the ground. When the Red Hulk returns to Annie, they figure the second missile is a dud. However, they realize their mistake when suddenly rocks begin to form together into humanoid forms that begin attacking the Red Hulk. Even though the Red Hulk smashes these rock creatures, they reform in greater numbers. At that moment, Zero/One takes Jacob Fineman to an oil drilling platform that was repurposed by Omnisapient before the accident. There he Jacob discovers that the crew of the platform has been murdered by Zero/One. She explains her plans to make the platform buoyant and the dead crew reanimated into drones to carry out their work. However, before they can begin Zero/One wants to destroy the Red Hulk, the only threat that can stand in their way. But, as an engine of creation, Zero/One cannot do it herself and will create a being who can carry out this task. While back in Texas, the Red Hulk exhausts himself destroying the rock creatures until they run out of power. They are then visited by a holographic projection of General Fortean who thanks the Red Hulk for giving them data on this new invention and promises the Red Hulk that he will kill him before terminating the projection. That evening, the Red Hulk starts a bonfire and discusses the irony of what would happen if Reggie Fortean succeeded in killing the Red Hulk: That he'd also kill his mentor, Thaddeus Ross.
Meanwhile, in the depths of space, the Watchers known as Uatu and Uravo watch as the Omegex emerges from the Red Hole and heads toward Earth to destroy the Red Hulk. Uatu reminds Uravo that this engine of destruction cannot be stopped.
