History

Criminal organization, recruited people in financial straits, supplied financial assistance in return for a requirement that the victim commited a crime for them. Created by the Corruptor, who planned to loot New York with armies of ordinary citizens under his influence, but his scheme was thwarted by Nova because the latter's father, Charles Rider, was a victim of this organization.
