History

Intelligencia was a team formed by supervillain geniuses.

They captured Spider-Woman while she was in Savage Land, discovering a Spaceknight.

They took her and the defunct Spaceknight to their base. They were imprisoned Spider-Woman while examining the Spaceknight. Meanwhile, Avengers arrived to the scene to save Spider-Woman. While they were fighting Avengers, Spaceknight activated and revealed itself to be actually Ultron. Ultron escaped the base, while an explosion occured.

Intelligencia presumably arrested after Ultron's escape.
