The Iron Eighty-Eight is a triad led by Lady Iron Fan.

History

After acquiring a Cosmic Cube, the Iron Eighty-Eight held an auction at their casino in Macau where many criminal organizations were in attendance. The auction was thwarted by Shang-Chi, Brother Sabre and Captain America although Brother Sabre used the Cube to help Lady Iron Fan and several of the Eighty-Eight escape capture. The Eighty-Eight were later recruited by Chieftain Xin to destroy Shang-Chi and the Five Weapons Society. The Eighty-Eight, along with King Wild Man's Gang, the Red Dot Collective and Sister Staff attacked the House of the Deadly Hand, but were betrayed by Sister Staff and defeated by the Society. However, the Eighty-Eight and their allies were able to escape by taking Jiang Li hostage.
