History

Created by Tony Stark after his previous armor was heavily damaged in a battle against Loki's army and Thor.

Primarly used by Stark during the battle of the New Ultimates against the Avengers and later to face Gregory Stark and the Spider in North Korea.

It was also used during a combat against the Children of Tomorrow, which ended up in retreat.

Notes

• This armor is similar in appearance to Earth-199999's Iron Man Armor MK IV, similarly to this universe's Telepresence Armor.
