Synopsis for "Deliverance"
Tony is wandering throughout the streets in the middle of the snowstorm. A couple of police officers told him to go inside but Tony can't without Gretl, a fellow homeless person who is pregnant. After wandering through a few bars, he finally finds Gretl, but she is on the verge of giving birth. Unfortunately, they can't get to the hospital and have to get to a doorway of an abandoned building. Tony manages to help Gretl give birth but they are in danger of freezing to death. They huddle together until help finally arrives. Gretl dies, but her baby lives. Tony, suffering from heart damage and frostbite, barely survives. Tony decides that he wants to live and to give up drinking. He finally asks Rhodey for help to kick his addiction.
