Dr. Isaac Delaney was one of the few people involved with the GR-27 Project. As of October 2018, Isaac was targeted by Mister Negative, who wanted to learn where it is being kept. At the same time, Spider-Man was attempting to find him. Isaac attended a college party dressed as The Lizard and, unfortunately, was taken by the Inner Demons before Spider-Man could get to him.
Under the effects of Mister Negative's corrupting powers, he reveals that Morgan Michaels also worked on the project and is the only one with a vial. After he serves his purpose, Mister Negative has him to commit suicide.[1]
