History
Nick Fury and Maria Hill investigating the Earth Elemental's attacked on Ixtenco
As part of Mysterio's scheme, the Earth Elemental attacked Ixtenco, leveling most of the buildings. Reports of the devastation and a "hurricane with a face" lured Nick Fury and Maria Hill to investigate. While in Ixtenco, Fury and Hill were attacked by the Earth Elemental and rescued by Beck.[1]
