History

Grandson to J. Joanna Jackal[3] and nephew to Daily Beagle publisher J. Jonah Jackal, Jeremiah was a snobbish and upper-class kid who began working for his uncle as a trainee in the newspaper, frequently along with two other youngsters, Bunsen Bunny and Upton Adam Stray. Accompanied by photographer Peter Porker (secretly the superhero Spider-Ham),[5] Jackal and the other trainees had multiple adventures, including one in which Jackal used an invisibility cloak and the pseudonym Invisi-Jackal Junior.[2]

On Peter Porker's 25th birthday, he was working in the Daily Beagle when May Porker, Mary Crane Watsow and J. Jonah Jackal were kidnapped by the Swinester Six. After Spider-Ham defeated the them, Jeremiah went out to celebrate Porker's 25th anniversary.[6]
