The Jabari-Lands were a region in northern Wakanda home to the Jabari Tribe.[3]

King T'Challa quarantined the Jabari-Lands from the rest of Wakanda, designating them forbidden under the guise of protecting the country from the Jabari Tribe's White Gorilla Cult. In reality, however, he was hiding something he had hidden in the mountains' Crystal Forest - his own time-displaced future self,[4] frozen in the mountain snow to prevent him from succumbing to an aneurysm that was slowly killing him.
Under the Midnight Angels[]
Splinter Dora Milaje Ayo and Aneka, calling themselves the Midnight Angels, saw the treatment of women among the Jabari as one of Wakanda's problems they could fight against, and the Jabari-Lands became home to a community of women liberated by the Angels. When Wakanda came into conflict with neighboring Azania and Niganda, these women were supplied with Midnight Angel technology and became official defenders of Wakanda.[5]See Also
