Jack Duquesne was the wealthy fiancé of Eleanor Bishop. He had an interest in swords, being skilled in the use of them. He once participated in an auction for the sword of Ronin, a vigilante who terrorized the criminal underworld, but lost the bid to his uncle Armand Duquesne III. However, when the Tracksuit Mafia attacked the auction, Jack took the sword and ran.[1] At dinner with Eleanor and her daughter, Kate Bishop, Jack and Kate fenced.[2]
