History

In order to take revenge on those who cost his brother's life, this man murdered the fifteen-years-old daughter of his neighbor, and drank her blood as part of the pact he made with Satan to become the new Jack O'Lantern. Although he confessed to the crime after being caught by the police, Jack O'Lantern was set free by Norman Osborn.

The most recent man to go by "Jack O'Lantern" claimed that he had liquidated every other holder of the mantle. Whether this included Levins is unknown.
