History
This Jack Power/Mass Master is an alternate reality, adult version of Earth-5631 Jack Power, and thus shares most of his history. He and his siblings have been secretly fighting Kang the Conqueror for the past 10 years, after he defeated the Avengers and took over the world. At some point during these 10 years, Kang used a weapon against Jack that disrupted his powers. Since then, he has been trapped in his cloud form, unable to resume a solid, human shape. He is force to wear a special suit of armor in order to stay together. This experience has made him very bitter, yet he remains loyal to his siblings and the cause they are fighting for. When meeting his younger self, he is clearly disgusted with how immature he used to be. He has a much better relationship with Katie Power than his Earth-5631 counterpart.[1]
