History
Jack of Knives is one of the Tricks, the four Eternal crime lords. After some of the Eternals learned that their resurrective process was taking human lives, Jack of Knives warned Ikaris not to reveal that to humans, promising to kill any should Ikaris do so.[2]
Jack of Knives later infiltrated Krakoa and discovered their secrets of resurrection, which they reported to Druig.[3] During Druig's subsequent attack on Krakoa, Jack of Knives was sent to assassinate each of the Five, managing to kill Egg. But before they could kill Hope, they were stopped by Wolverine.[4]
An attempt to stop Druig's war saw the awakening of the Progenitor, a Celestial who decided to judge the Earth. Jack was hired by Sersi to help break Starfox out of the Exclusion in hopes to use him to stop the Progenitor.[5] Following Druig's defeat and the Progenitor's decision to destroy the Earth, Jack joined a group of heroes to infiltrate the Celestial and destroy it. However, the strike team was quickly found out, and Jack of Knives sacrificed themself to distract the Progenitor from the others.[1]Attributes
