History

The remains of Gallows

Jake Gallows was a corrupt Public Eye who took bribes in exchange for prescriptions of SYN-C drug and manipulated the Vision footage as part of the overall Public Eye system. After his behavior was uncovered by fellow officer Hector Tago, Tago seemingly killed Gallows and abandoned his name as part the punishment for of his own crimes as part of the Public Eye.

Gallows' remains were then recovered by Alchemax, with one of the scientists, nicknamed "Microchip", keeping him alive to later use as an enforcer under orders from Mr. Cecilsson.
