History

When he was young, he went to the University Of Hawaii at Manao on the perhaps of his father who was also a ruler of Kata Jaya and wanted his son to have a Western Education, something Jalak never wanted. He had pretty poor grades and did everything to be kicked out of the University. Jalak was swayed by the United States government into becoming dictator of Kata Jaya.

He ruled over Kata Jaya for 50 years, feeling betrayed and lonely as his American allies had abandoned him. During his tyrannical rule of Kata Jaya, he befriended the mercenary known as Philip Sterns, also known as Madman, who was sent to kill Awa by the Resistance cell of the country. But Awa swayed Madman to work for him in promise of a greater reward.

He committed suicide when the Thunderbolts aided the Resistance on Kata Jaya and overthrew his regime.
