History
Wolverine was transformed into the Horseman of Death by Apocalypse, physically fusing him to a horse-like creature. Death, along with Apocalypse and the other Horsemen, were briefly transported to Earth-616 and combated the Avengers due to Kang's damage to the timestream.[1]
