History

The oldest thing that is known about his past is that he was an ally of Captain America and that the two worked together to get a young Erik Lehnsherr out of a concentration camp.[3]

He became a mortal enemy of Sabertooth.[4]

Some time later he joined the Weapon X program where he was injected with Adamantium and unknown to Professor Truett Hudson he inserted a mind control chip into it.[5]

Later he joined the X-Men and went on a journey. On the way back I buy a newspaper and a bottle of cold water. Returning to the institute, Professor Xavier greets you.[6]

James Howlett (Earth-11052) from X-Men Evolution Season 1 2 002

He was on his motorcycle at school when he smelled Sabertooth and followed it into a parking lot. They fought and Sabertooth fled due to Logan having Cyclops and Nightcrawler on his side.[7]

The X-Men wanted to recruit Rogue but couldn't because Mystique interfered making Rogue believe the X-Men were enemies.[8]

With Jean Grey they went to Texas to recruit Fred Dukes but Mystique beat them to it. In high school he was training Kurt and Kitty Pryde when Charles reported that Jean Grey was kidnapped by the Blob. Logan came to his rescue and along with Cyclops they were defeated by the Blob. Rogue rescued Jean Grey.[9]

Thanks to the involuntary help of Evan Daniels, Sabertooth found out that Logan lived in the institute. Sabertooth attacked the institute and fled due to the X-Men. Sabertooth attacked Evan, Kitty, and Rogue until Logan appeared and Sabertooth was stopped by Rogue. Eventually, Sabertooth was brought to the Arctic Circle.[4]

Juggernaut endangered Professor Xavier and Logan went looking for the X-Men and the Brotherhood to help stop him.[10]

Trivia

  • Voiced by Scott McNeil.
  • This Wolverine does not have any romantic interest in Jean Grey and does not have a love rivalry with Cyclops, due to the fact she is a minor and a her teacher. However in the X-Men Evolution comic book he does (only a little). In fact Rogue and Jean's feelings for Cyclops in Evolution closely matches Cyclops and Wolverine's feelings for Jean in the comics as Rogue expresses jealousy and resentment towards Jean for loving Scott like how Wolverine expresses jealousy towards Cyclops for loving Jean.
  • While Wolverine's height is stated to be 5'3" in the tenth episode of season 3, he appears a lot taller than that in the actual show, being taller than the 5'7" Nightcrawler for one.
  • Unlike most versions of him, this Wolverine does not sport muttonchops.
  • It is unknown if Logan has passed on or retired, since he is not seen in future flashes of Professor Xavier.
  • In X-Men Evolution, Logan takes more of a mentor role to Scott and the rest of the X-Men, he also briefly took command of the team on at least three or more occasions during the series, in particular, the final battle against Apocalypse.
