History

Wolverine's history on Earth-9250 diverged from that of his Earth-9140 counterpart when, during his takeover of New York, he succeeded in killing Frank Castle. As a result, no hero in New York survived to oppose his reign as Lord of the Vampires. However, Wolverine found his rule challenged by unexpected threats, as Mister Sinister, the Goblin Queen, and the demons Nastir'h and S'ym all had their own reasons to bring down his vampire kingdom. Alongside his undead army, Wolverine found himself battling an army of demons, slaying the demon S'ym as New York was plunged into an Inferno.

He barely had time to rest, however, as a new invasion threatened his rule – Mindless Ones summoned by Dormammu, who saw the death of Doctor Strange as an opportunity to expand his rule over Earth. Barely surviving this new onslaught, Wolverine was forced to ally with Mister Sinister, who offered to empower him and his vampire army with the powers of the Darkhold. In exchange, Sinister demanded Wolverine exile himself and his vampires from Earth forever.

Enhanced by the powers of dark sorceries, Wolverine's vampires triumphed over Dormammu – but Wolverine himself found himself abducted by Immortus, as part of his complicated plan to free himself from the control of the Time-Twisters.[1]

Wolverine was transported to an alternate Earth alongside a alternate version of Doctor Doom and the Irondroid of Earth-90110, and together they freed that world's Thor and saved the life of Odin. Having completed their task, Wolverine would realise they had been manipulated by Immortus, who was using them to achieve total control over the multiverse.[2]

With Immortus threatening the multiverse, the Time Variance Authority recruited Wolverine and his allies in an attempt to assault Immortus's stronghold in Limbo. The attack failed however, as Immortus simply reset the timeline over and over, undoing any progress Wolverine would make against his defenses. Eventually, when the situation was resolved, the TVA returned Wolverine to his home on Earth-9250.[3]

Some time later, Wolverine would be summoned to Earth-616 by the Chaos aspects of the In-Betweener. He would briefly battle Longshot and Captain America, only to be killed by Blade.[4]
