History

Matt Rocks was a duplicate of Madrox Prime, originally sent out to study law. After graduating from law school and passing the bar, Matt Rocks took up permanent residence in Los Angeles and became "the best entertainment lawyers in L.A." While Madrox Prime (or "Big J") has reabsorbed several dupes, he opted to allow Matt Rocks to continue his operations in L.A. in exchange for him sending half of his earnings to Madrox Prime.

Matt Rocks once allowed She-Hulk to use his L.A. law offices temporarily and aided her during her defense of Steve Rogers.
