History

War Monarch has kidnapped Trevor Castle and Diana Prince's son, Ryan under the order of Thanoseid. When the two started a quest in order to find their son, War Monarch appeared as an hologram and sent them where was Ryan: Apokolips.

Notes

• War Monarch seems to be a fusion of War Machine and the time-travelling DC villain Monarch.
• It is strongly implied from dialogue between him and Diana that the two were once romantically involved.
• He is one of two Amalgam characters who is James Rhodes fused with a DC character (the other being Stewart Rhodes (Earth-9602).) Any biological relationship between the two is unknown.
