History

Jimmy Zafar was a police officer of the NYPD who was friends with Mike Powell. He was also a member of the Cabal, an organization that preferred to kill criminals, rather than simply jailing them. Jimmy, along with the other members of the Cabal, took turns using the Savage Steel Armor. He and the Cabal tried to kill the Punisher and then Darkhawk.

Jimmy Zafar later became the sole operator of the Savage Steel armor.

After Civil War

After the Civil War, he was listed as a potential recruit for the Initiative.
