History

Jeannine O'Connell was a scientist working for Project P.E.G.A.S.U.S. Her duties included working with the Aquarian. When last seen, she was still working at P.E.G.A.S.U.S., helping Blue Shield to understand his powers as well as defeat a saboteur from the Roxxon Corporation.

During his time as the Project's chief of security, Quasar and Jeannine showed romantic interest in one another, and they were even engaged to be married at one point. This seems to have fallen through for reasons unknown.
