History
The history of this version of She-Hulk is presumably similar to that of her mainstream counterpart with the biggest difference being the absence of a Sliding Timescale.
She-Hulk was one of many superheroes and to be transported to Battleworld by the Beyonder to take part in his contest. She was presumably sent back to Earth when the situation was resolved.[1]
After the Super-Human Registration Act was carried out by Secretary of Defense Tony Stark, She-Hulk registered with the government and joined Stark's U.S.Avengers to enforce the Act, including hunting down unregistered superheroes. He and the other U.S.Avengers continually clashed with Captain America's Avengers who opposed state control over super-humans. During one of these clashes, they attempted to apprehend Peter Parker. The armor of She-Hulk and the other members of the U.S.Avengers was then disabled by Parker who was aware of the operation of the armors that possessed a remote fail-safe wanted by Tony Stark due of his constant distrust in others.[2]
What became of She-Hulk later is unknown. She was likely one of the many superheroes who were left "dead or missing" following Doctor Doom's takeover of the planet.[3]
