She-Hulk shared a similar history to her Prime Universe counterpart until Iron Man was infected and ultimately succumbed to the Extremis virus before the Civil War. After the Stamford incident the government passed the "Super-Hero Registration Act", and She-Hulk was one of the many heroes who met to discuss how they should react to the act. She decided to side with Captain America and was among the many attacked by Gyrich's Sentinels and was later killed when the group were attacked by the Thor clones.[1]
