History
Arthur Benway and Rodney Weigand began a campaign of killing against the Black Powers and succeeded in killing Ross 'Chill' Wexler and probably Lionel 'Blindspot' Berry. Their attempt to kill another, Jim 'Squirm' Walkins, failed because Walkins' paranormal durability saved him.

- Stretching: Squirm had the power to stretch and constrict his body and he was able to stretch his limbs around someone and constrict in order to confine them.
- Superhuman Durability: His power also meant he was incredibly durable. He even survived being choked, tied into knots and stuffed behind some pipes.
