History
Jess Drew is the resident Spider-Totem from Earth-332. In her reality, she experienced the death of a police captain close to her, and was trapped in rubble that she lifted herself out of. After years of crimefighting, Jessica got married and pregnant, and was recruited by Miguel O'Hara into the Spider Society, where she quickly established herself as Miguel’s second-in-command along with Ben Reilly.
She arrived on Earth-65B to assist him as a backup against the Vulture. After seeing Spider-Woman of that world, Gwen Stacy, in action and learning of her family issues, Jess persuaded Miguel into inviting Gwen into the Spider Society as well. She would take up a mentorship role for the teenaged Gwen, who idolized her like the mother she never had, a sentiment Jess did not fully reciprocate.[2]
Months later, Jess monitored Gwen on her mission to catch Spot on Earth-1610B. After Gwen failed, Jess allowed her one more chance to fix things, sending her to Earth-50101B. When a Canon event was about to occur, Miles Morales disrupted it, causing this universe to unravel. Jess arrived with a Spider-team to stabilize the situation and ordered Gwen and Miles to present themselves to Miguel at their HQ. After learning of his role as an Anomaly and that he was not allowed to stop impending death of his father, Miles fled and Jess was among those who gave chase, at one point smashing Miles with her motorcycle. Miles eventually escaped, after which Miguel angrily expelled Gwen from the Spider Society; Gwen pleaded of Jess to help her, but she refused to go against Miguel. Afterwards, Miguel, Jess and Ben went after him to Earth-1610B. While there, Jess noticed Gwen leaving the universe after meeting Miles’ parents, but chose not to stop her out of regret for how she handled things.[2]Attributes

Notes
- Issa Rae voices Jess Drew in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
- This version of Jessica appears to have taken inspiration from Jessica Drew and Jessica Drew (Spider-Clone).
- Jess Drew's height was listed as 6'2" on her Tastykake collectible card made as promotional material for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. However, because the cards also listed her reality as Earth-404 and Spot's reality as Earth-616, their overall accuracy is dubious.
