History

Jim is the father of Pat Mulligan a.k.a. Toxin who gained the symbiote in a confrontation between Venom and Carnage. After Pat left his family, Jim found Pat's former N.Y.P.D. partner, Officer Paul Meadows, and Jim forced him to share Pat's whereabouts.

But later on Razor-Fist also kidnapped Meadows and beat him up so Meadows would tell Razor-Fist Pat's address. Jim found Pat's apartment first but no one was there, and Razor-Fist fought with Jim again. Jim tried to resist but was killed by Razor-Fist just before Pat showed up.
