Red Skull
Red Skull was a member of the Nazi Party who was seemingly killed just before Captain America and his Super Soldiers killed Adolf Hitler. Red Skull survived and his mind was transferred into a cloned body of Captain America. He then sank a ship the Cap was on and replaced him.
He used his new identity to become president of the United States, set up S.H.I.E.L.D. which contained troops given the Super-Soldier Serum and used his position to promote his belief in racial superiority of the white race. He as eventually stopped when the real Captain America returned and the Red Skull was killed.[1]
