Red Skull was shown to be one of the guests for M.O.D.O.K.'s holiday special,

Red Skull was present when Ultron was attempting to give a presentation on his mater plan for defeating the Avengers. When Ultron began having technical difficulties he tried to help but it kept getting worse, until they accidentally linked to a camera feed of Captain America in the shower who attacked the group with a missile.
