History

John Proudstar was killed during the initial Exonim sweep of Arizona and New Mexico.

He was seemingly captured and killed in custody and a post-mortem examination identified him beyond doubt as one this area's two mutants, his brother James being the other one. His half-sister Bethany was later used as a bait to capture James, but she commited suicide.
