History
After her brother was shot dead trying to get her to safety, Barbara Ketch touched the medallion on Daniel's motorcycle and was transformed into the Ghost Rider. She then went on a killing spree, wiping out several criminals. She was eventually stopped by Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, and Johnny Blaze who separated the Spirit of Vengeance from her.[1]
