History
A mutant government agent of Japanese descent, Kitano worked the case of Raven Darkholme, Mystique. He despised Mystique, Magneto, and others like them for making people fear mutants. Unfortunately, these beliefs often took him over the line, including an attempt to summarily execute Mystique which was thwarted by the intervention of Professor X.
