Synopsis for "Snoopy and Dr. Nutzy"
Snoopy and Dr. Nutzy try to sell Dr. Nutzy's Robber Trapper to pay their landlady. Over the course of the day they are accused of robbing the bank and have the money they obtained for selling the machine stolen by a con-man pretending to be a detective and the renown criminal Addie from Decatur who returns the bag that held their money but kept the money as a reward.
In Addie's bag that was swapped with theirs was evidence that she was going to rob X Bank and so Snoopy and Dr. Nutzy got jobs as bank guards in order to stop her and get the reward money. After the robbery was taking to long they visited a known criminal named Slimey Jack and floated the idea to him since he actually liked living in prison and wanted to go back. Just as the bank was being robbed they received a telegram from Jack stating he took a dive for a friend instead. Snoopy and Dr. Nutzy confront the robber, it being Addie and foil her attempt. After receiving the reward money they pay their rent and get the key. Snoopy forgets the key in his jacket pocket that he has dry cleaned, leaving the two locked out for the night.

Synopsis for "Happy The Pessimist"
Happy Mann wins some money while watching a western picture. Some criminals mug him for the money and kidnap him for ransom. While at the ransom house on of the two criminals, Blackie, attempts to poison the other, Butch. Butch doesn't want the soup and eventually gives it to the dog who dies from the poison. Butch blames Blackie and the two fight enough for the ceiling to fall down and knock both of them out. The police and Happy's friend, Ted arrive soon after and inform him that he'll get a $500 reward for their capture. Happy think's people will just kidnap him for that as well.

Synopsis for "Lester and Winnie the Weasel"
Lester the lion of the Central Park Zoo has a book thrown at him that teaches you how to speak, read, and write English. Lester learns all of this from the book then leaves the zoo. In central park he stops a mugging and takes the money that the victim leaves behind in fear after seeing a lion. Lester then makes his way to a tailor shop and is fitted for a suit. A Nazi agent is speaking to a crowd and picks up Lester's friend Winnie the weasel. Lester saves Winnie from the grasp of the Nazi and has the man shipped to a zoo in Africa as his first zoo of odd humans. Some reporters come to the hotel Lester is staying at and Lester informs him that he's starting the Lester Zoo Foundation.

Synopsis for "Alec the Great"
Inspired by Captain America, a lonely street cleaner makes a suit and becomes Alec the Great. His first case being the stopping of a kidnapping of the Director of the American Museum of Natural History, Mr. Saxon. Tailing the criminals to their hideout Alec charges in but is quickly outmatched. When he awakens the criminals have already received the ransom money from Colonel Wright, a friend of Saxon. Alec wakes up and attacks the kidnappers knocking them out but unbeknownst to Alec, Saxon was in on the plan and knocks him out with the butt of his pistol.
The three criminals, including Saxon, drive to the pier where they throw the unconsious Alec into the waters thinking he'd drown. The cold water awakens Alec instantly and he hitches a ride on their car before the criminals escape. The criminals return Saxon to the museum but after Saxon enters Alec strikes at the "kidnappers" and knocks them out. Alec then enters the museum and shows the evidence of the money to the museum guard and Colonel Wright who apprehend Saxon.
