Synopsis for "Powerhouse Pepper"
Powerhouse Pepper travels to Icepick, Alaska in search for gold. He finds it after feuding with local criminal Ceasar Freezerbeezer. After fighting off Ceasar Freezerbeezer and getting his gold back Powerhouse Pepper meets a representative of Panic Pictures who was shooting nearby that offers him a role.

Synopsis for "Tessie the Typist"
Tessie and Skidsy go to the beach. While on the beach the two decide they want ice cream so Skidsy goes to get some. When he returns the ice cream has already melted because he spent too much time looking at the other girls on the beach.
Tessie and Skidsy visit a magic show when it's over Skidsy attempts to do the same trick but fails breaking the dishes of a restaurant and getting a black eye from the waiter.
Skidsy helps Tessie "fix" her typewriter by making two typewriters separating the big and small letters. This makes typing a letting impossible without using them both.
Skidsy practices dancing at Prof. Prom's Dancing School with his teaching Mademoiselle Junior in order to get ready to take Tessie to her senior prom. When he finally gets to the dance he's exhausted and shortens what he did by stating he went to a junior prom.
Tessie and Skidsy join the United States Marine Corps.

Jump and Jive take a job as stunt pilots but while doing their interview a criminal tries to get them to fly him away as his getaway drivers. They attempt to but they don't know how to fly the helio plane that they were told to fly. They jump out of the plane leaving the criminal to get caught in the propeller before catching him while parachuting down. The plane owner isn't too happy that they left his plane flying by itself and chases after them.

Synopsis for "Snoopy and Dr. Nutzy"
Dr. Nutzy tests out his Anti-Incendiary-Scope but it doesn't work and he flees from the fire.
Dr. Nutzy questions how Snoopy takes pictures because of how expensive film and photographic materials are. Snoopy informs Nutzy he doesn't use any film.
Snoopy invites Dr. Nutzy to a command performance by the army. In order to scare the Nazis Dr. Nutzy decides to go "commando".
Snoopy introduces Nutzy to C.E. Dubull the head of Shooting Star Motion Picture Company in order to help pick their new leading actor for their new film. Snoopy insists the actors they're showing are all good but not ugly enough so he suggests signing Dr. Nutzy instead.
Snoopy and Dr. Nutzy go to capture Mike Moronee in his hideout after four people saw him commit a crime, but he tells them to consider all the people who didn't see him.
Dr. Nutzy builds a teleportation machine that'll transport them to Japan to make them secret agents behind enemy lines. Using the machine simply transported them to Chinatown in New York City.
To get away from the war talk Snoopy and Dr. Nutzy go fishing where they accidently hook a U-Boat.
Dr. Nutzy illustrates his Crime-Scope to Snoopy as they witness a safe being opened at City Hall. The two rush to city hall and beat up the one opening it... the mayor.
Snoopy and Dr. Nutzy go hunting and accidently shoot a man's dog while aiming for a bear. Snoopy pays the man for the dog and apologizes for spoiling his hunt. The man corrects him and says that he wasn't hunting he came out to shoot his dog to put him out of his misery due to old age. Meanwhile the bear snuck up on Dr. Nutzy.
Dr. Nutzy invents a device to bring the dead back to life. He and Snoopy go to the city morgue to test it out. They go to a body on a table and test it, the body springs up and yells at them to leave. As it turns out the body was just a security guard taking a nap on one of the tables.
Snoopy thinks he'd make a killing if he started a clue factory. Dr. Nutzy surprised him by buying a factory... except it's a glue factory.

Synopsis for "Squat Car Squad"
Sarge and Rook attend a policeman's costume party as Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson. There they witness what they think is a person costume stealing some pearls before realizing it's just a crook and stop them. Then they spot Hirohito, Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini and decide to stop them only to find out that those were costumes worn by their Police Chief, the mayor, and the governor.
They hope winning the costume contest will make up for their mistake but Officer Smith wins for coming to the party in his police officer uniform.

Percival "Percy" Propwash joins the United States Army Air Forces after having been a test pilot at an airport. Not knowing that they try to haze him and one of the cadets has him fly a plane. Percy does some crazy stunts and crashes the plane when the cadet sets in on fire while attempting to disable it and fleeing in his parachute. Percy parachutes safely but passes out when the officer meets with him.
Upon meeting at the infirmary Percy explains that the haze chow they gave him caused him to have the hiccups and he was using the stunts to try and scare them out of him but it wasn't until the officer mentioned a bug that Percy passed out since he's deadly afraid of bugs.

Synopsis for "Zimmy Zilch"
Zimmy Zilch flees from a Space Patrol Officer who only wanted to sell him a ticket to the Space Patrol ball.
Zimmy Zilch lands on a planet after running out of fuel, the scientist decides to make him some to keep him from his secrets. It explodes in his face and now he's a mad scientist.
Zimmy Zilch builds a robot then runs to the patent office to patent it, but the robot beats him there and patents it self.
Zimmy Zilch attempts to get a reward for turning in a midget space pirate that he thinks he can easily defeat. After finding one he's beaten by the pirate who takes his ship and clothes and leaves him stranded on a floating rock.

Synopsis for "Eustace Hayseed"
Eustis buys a bathtub to hold drinking water.
Eustis strikes oil... by stealing it from already built oil wells.
After being told his old gun couldn't shoot down a plane Eustis tries and the plane turns out to be a Luftwaffe pilot that he does shoot down. The plane spotter tells Eustis to come back since he'd receive a medal for it but Eustis ignores him because his mother told him to ignore lying city slickers.
Eustis and Blackfeet attempt to join the army. Blackfeet is rejected for being too short and Eustis is rejected for being illiterate.
After the government took Eustis' bike tires for their rubber he swapped them out for his two pet rattle snakes, it works surprisingly well and since they're snakes it'll keep people away from taking anything from the bike in the future.
