Synopsis for "Powerhouse Pepper"
While Powerhouse Pepper is shooting a western picture for Panic Pictures a fellow actor, Pyoopuss Prigpan gets jealous and attempts to make a mockery of Pepper. His plan fails when the comedy actor he asked to throw a pie at Pepper misses and hits him. Prigpan assumes Pepper threw the pie and attempts to fight him. Pepper knocks off Prigpan's toupee, knocks out his fake teeth, and pops his corset revealing Prigpan to be a fake. The producer of Panic Pictures however loves their chemistry and hires both of them for double their current pay to do a couple of comedy films.

Synopsis for "Tessie the Typist"
Tessie meets with her fellow marines while serving in the USMCWR, including a famous heiress, Doris Larimee, who thinks she can make a man do anything until the sergeant sends her to KP. Next Tessie is told to drive an ambulance in a convoy but she holds up the line when she starts doing her makeup.
Tessie works out with the other women before being told she has to type up some special reports. She thinks it's pretty ironic that now she joined the Marines to type in a uniform.
Tessie gets mad a Skidsy after they visit the office and agree to take back a fellow female marine. She's mad because the woman sits on his lap. Skidsy explains she only did that because he can't drive a motorcycle. So when an officer asks Skidsy to take his daughter to the station he agrees out of duty but crashes the motorcycle.
Tessie, Juila and Doris are trained in flying hospital maneuvers but it ends suddenly when Doris is stricken with air sickness and the plane turns around to deliver her. When the sergeant commends their actions the other two also pass out from air sickness.

Synopsis for "Snoopy and Dr. Nutzy"
Dr. Nutzy gets a draft notice and goes through his physical. Dr. Nutzy and Snoopy stop a book thief and a rug thief named McSwoop. The pair stop at Hoiman's Lunch Wagon where after getting a hamburger they discover a message inside. Believing that Hoiman is a Nazi they call the police who investigate. Sgt. Clancy learns that the cook is Greek and the message the two found was his homework for learning English. Snoopy volunteers as an umpire for a kid's baseball game but after making the wrong call they beat him up.

Synopsis for "Prof. Claptrap"
Prof. Claptrap attempts to catch the Spigwig in a tank but when he returns to his tank it has been swallowed by a snake. Claptrap then attempts to use a female Spigwig dummy to lure the male in to shoot, but he accidently shoots the dummy. Spigwig challenges Claptrap to a duel, when Claptrap comes back in armor and some weapons he lets Spigwig choose which weapon he'll get. Spigwig picks the bigger one but it's just a long sheath containing a tiny dagger while Claptrap's smaller sword is a sword.
Spigwig and Prof. Claptrap are captured by cannibals and put in a boiling pot.

Synopsis for "Horse Meat?"
A butcher, Filbert Lambchoppe, inherits three horses from his deceased cousin. One of the horses likes opening doors and thus wanders away with the other two. The town then believes the butcher is selling them horse meat when a shipment of meat shows up. Sadly the truth is revealed too late and a group of women beat the butcher enough to hospitalize him. Lambchoppe eventually recovers but is fearful that one day the horses will die and the town will believe he's killed him to sell their meat again.

Synopsis for "Eustace Hayseed"
Eustace's cousin comes into town on a crowded train car but she was okay due to her pet skunk scaring them off. Eustace finds a dollar and offers to take his cousin. She wants to bring her pet skunk but Eustace insists he isn't allowed because of the smell. Kinkie goes to a drug store and buys perfume not realizing she spent the dollar they were gonna use to see the movie. Eustace sells a woman a flower. The woman wears it to spite her bridge player. Kinkie likes watching bridge so she follows the woman but her skunk makes the flower appear to smell bad so she returns to Eustace for selling him "stink weeds". With the town upset over Stinkie, Kinkie's pet skunk, Kinkie decides to paint cats like skunks to hide him but then she can't find which one is him. Eustace happens to kick Stinkie causing him to smell up the place when he shoos away the cats. Eustace asks Kinkie if she wants any skunk pie but she declines on it upsetting Stinkie's feelings.

Synopsis for "E. Radicate de Bugs"
Bugs meets up with his girlfriend, Goitie and the two go meet Bugs' friend Cholly. They then decide to see a picture but try to smuggle her in since he only has enough for one ticket. They're caught but the joke was on Bugs as ladies could get in for free. Bugs is speaking with Goitie when she spots a nice dress and ditches him while he's having a conversation. While speaking to himself other people begin to follow him thinking he's something important. Soon an officer wants to arrests him when the mob gets out of hand. Thinking he has no good luck Bugs proceed to dodge several accidents that could kill him only to fall in mud while picking up a clover. Bugs then spots a salesman and goes to tell him off but ends up buying all his watches.
