Synopsis for "Snoopy and Dr. Nutzy"
Snoopy and Dr. Nutzy help to capture Skunk La-Rue by using Dr. Nutzy's Youth Mixture that turns him into a child. Using his new found youth Skunk goes on a crime spree, such as robbing a candy store, stealing a jeep, and ransacking a department store. Snoopy who accidently falls into the jeep drives Skunk to Dr. Nutzy who finishes an Old Man Mixture just in time for the police to arrive. The police however think they are lying as the man they give him is too old to be Skunk La-Rue.

Synopsis for "Squat Car Squad"
For all their hard work the police chief gives Rook and Sarge some vacation time. The two decide to go hunting in the North Woods. They soon learn it isn't all it's cracked up to be, running into a bear, getting scared of spiders, shooting at a "moose", and being foiled by two rabbits. The pair is happy to return home to their police department and squat car where they fall asleep to the soothing sounds of criminals shooting guns.

Synopsis for "Otto Brag and Snippy"
Otto picked up an old general uniform at a rummage sale and puts it on. He enjoys getting autographs and salutes by soldiers until one soldier doesn't salute him. Pointing out his rank to the soldier before it is revealed that it was a cardboard cutout. Otto slinks away with Snippy embarrassed by what transpired. Otto and Snippy then attempt to go to a haunted house, using Aunt Milly's bedsheets they dress up as ghosts and walk to the house. To their surprise a "ghost" answers and invites them in. Running through the house scared they eventually learn that the ghosts are really spies wanted by the FBI. They are apprehended by the local police while Otto and Snippy are punished for dirtying Aunt Milly's sheets.

Dippy puts on socks only to find they all have holes in them. Tired of the predicament he decides to travel without socks and shoes. Dippy is at a fancy dinner and is given dessert, asparagus ice cream, but every time he attempts to get a spoon full it flies out of the dish. Finally he settles on having it served in a cone to the shocked faces of the other guests.

Synopsis for "Tommy Gunz"
Tommy Gunz learns the art of camouflage a little too well when he puts an entire tree on his head to hide from planes. Later while in maneuvers Tommy learns how to use a flame thrower. During a particularly cold night, Tommy has an idea. He pulls out the flame thrower to keep warm in the squad room, but is sent to the brig for his actions.
Tommy then learns how to ski but ends up causing a giant snow ball that swallows up the other marines. Later Tommy and Theodore grab a midnight snack but are caught by the Sergeant who forces them to wash all the dishes for their actions. They decide to use a nearby firehose to do the job "quicker" but end up flooding the place. They are then forced to mob up and clean the area which takes them to 3am to accomplish.
Tommy "saves" a movie star's dog from Theodore and is rewarded by going to dinner with her.

Peter Ploop visits his Uncle's will reading where in order to get the money is a series of seemingly random requirements. When most of the family is unqualified due to various things like being married, having less that $1000 in the bank, or speaking within a 5 minute time frame and only Peter and his Aunt Emily are left it comes down to the number of cats they each own. Emily is at first decided to be the benefactor given she has three cats to Peter's one cat, but then the lawyer gets a call that Peter's cat gave birth to four kittens. Peter is declared the beneficiary of his Uncle's fortune.

Synopsis for "Scottie"
Scottie translates for the flagman but it is unreadable due to the soldier being Pat Hogan who has a lisp. Scottie tries to take a shower using to tanks, but soon learns the tanks contained oil and not water.
The Sergeant can't wake up Scottie meanwhile some Nazi soldiers fire a mortar that hit near Scottie waking him up. Scottie thinks the Sergeant is going to far with his wake up calls. Scottie finds some weapons left behind by the Nazis that all seem to be tampered with. Having enough of their terrible design he throws the weapons at the Nazis that causes it to explode on them instead.
Scottie scouts ahead looking at all the angles and math to get a perfect shot. That shot being from a camera to reflect the beautiful shot of the scenery. Scottie decides he's waited for water long enough and is tired of being pushed around. He pulls out his bayonet and plunges it deep into the... water tank so he can get some.

Synopsis for "Modern-Topics"
The public is impressed when they see a car. A boy is curious about a new building being constructed until he learns it's a new school and runs away. The boy and his friends want to see a movie so they go to Mrs. Jones dressed up like soldiers in order to go and collect her groceries under their protection. She gives them the money to go see the movie. The boy is trying to take his dog to the dog show but an air raid alarm occurs and the power is cut as he's trying to get him into the kennel. When the power comes back it is revealed the boy is locked in the kennel and the dog is free and sleeping.

Synopsis for "Eustis Hayseed"
Eustis Hayseed wants a new fancy striped suit so that he and Chief Blackfeet could make lots of money and get some food. Overhearing the conversation an escaped convict offers to trade him his stripped prison suit. Eustis agrees and the convict runs off wearing Eustis' clothes and Eustice wearing the prison suit. Soon a police car drives by and picks up Eustis and Chief Blackfeet and takes them to the state prison. Eustice and Chief Blackfeet think the police are just being friendly and that they're going to a hotel.
At the "hotel" they are given a free room and a meal but are "accidently" locked into their room so Chief Blackfeet escapes through the bars and takes the key. The pair decide they wanna go see a movie so after leaving their cell they wake up the "doorman" of the prison gate who confusedly opens the door for them. The pair then take an official car they think the "hotel" guests can use then leave the area. Soon after they are being pursued by the guards and drive the two off a cliff and into a body of water. The pair survive but Eustis' suit is practically ruined from getting all wet so he takes it off and dries it over a fire.
The escaped con returns to them to congratulate them on their breakout. Stating that he'd love to see the expression on the "bulls" faces the pair point the convict across the street where a bull is penned up. The convict goes across the street to tear into the bull himself only to realize it wasn't a cop but an actual bull who seemingly injures him before chasing him up a telephone poll. With the convicts clothes badly damaged or missing Eustis supplies him with his old prison suit. The cops pull up just as he is and apologize for the misunderstanding and reward the two for capturing the convict.

Synopsis for "Powerhouse Pepper"
Powerhouse Pepper is on his way to play baseball but the opposing team sabotage him by dropping a safe on him. Despite the safe it only delays Pepper to the park. Pepper tries to even the score but fails short of the 6 to 4 score. Overhearing that the Lugger brothers were behind the safe dropping Pepper beats them to a pulp and the scorekeeper see this. Scared that he might be next for rigging the score he fixes it back to the original 3 to 4 score in Pepper's favor. The scorekeeper had been giving the Dirty Sox an extra point for every one run they made. With this correction Pepper and his team, the Calling Cards, win the game.
