Robbie Robertson was the city editor of Daily Bugle. He was there to witness an argument between Tony Stark and J. Jonah Jameson. Tony Stark had mentioned that the Daily Bugle under him had spread a lot of slander towards Spider-Man over the years, which Jonah defended by claiming Spider-Man was a masked menace.
