Synopsis for "The Appointment"
Artist Jay Phillips thinks his time is more special due to working on his art then the people who work nine to five then head home and relax. One morning he is contacted by a disembodied voice that he refers to as "Bong" given right after they finish speaking he can hear a bong sound. Bong tells Jay that when his watch finished counting down Jay will join Bong in the Oblivion where Bong thinks Jay belongs all he simply needs to do is nothing.
Jay not wishing to go confines in his coworker Matt at work who ends up saving him when Jay doesn't show up for work and wakes Jay up with a telephone call. Jay believes the telephone stopped whatever process Bong was using to teleport him, but he notices his painting was taken. Jay is grateful that Bong failed all thanks to making friends with Matt.
