Quote1 The bottle was never opened! How could I ever have permitted it to be opened by responsible state officials? What about my duty as Minister of Enlightenment? We officials are always in the public eye! We must set example for the rest! To open that bottle would have meant that we expected to find something! That we ourselves believed in the impossible! For you know as well as I... That it is utterly impossible for a form of life capable of transmitting radio signals to exist inside a sealed bottle! Quote2
