Judith Klemmer was an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. who was given the assignment to stop the Monster-Maker from creating an army of monsters. She teamed up with Spider-Man and Frankenstein's Monster to capture the mad scientist as well as free his prisoner, the Man-Wolf.
