History
The Jupiter Suit was originally developed by Tony Stark and NASA to regulate Col. John Jameson's newfound super-strength.[2]
She-Hulk in the Jupiter Suit
When She-Hulk's strength increased exponentially, Mister Fantastic adapted the Jupiter Suit for her use. The Suit was destroyed when She-Hulk was attacked by Titania empowered with the Power Gem.[3]

On Earth-26496, Col. John Jameson was infected with spores from the symbiote, which caused him to become bigger, stronger, and more agile, and Curt Connors developed a special suit for him to handle his new powers. At the request of his father, he became the superhero Colonel Jupiter, and tried to fight Spider-Man, who was framed for crimes by Venom. Although John believed he was doing the right things, the spores slowly drove him insane, and Spider-Man was forced to kill the spores by electrocuting John.
