Ka-Zar’s hand is forced in his battle against an enemy he cannot see, tipping the scales of a clandestine war in favor of those whom the Pangeans can never understand. The Outsiders are coming back – they have always been preparing for this moment – and there is nothing the Tribes of the Savage Land can do to stop them.
