History

A time-travelling supervillain active on Larval Earth, he fought the Scavengers. Kangaroo tried to seduce the Scavenger Scarlet Pooch and turn her into his queen, while he sent his robot Ultrog to keep the Scavengers busy; but Ultrog, also infatuated with the Pooch, betrayed Kangaroo and tried to woo her himself. Both were defeated.
