History
Fall of the Dominion and Return to the "Past"[]
Omega Sentinel's life presumably mirrors that of her Earth-616 variant with the exception of having fully achieved the Omega state of the Omega cycle two years later than in Earth-616's timeline. Soon after, the Children of the Vault reappeared and were thought to be a threat to both humanity and mutantkind, but the mutants won the war with the help of Apocalypse. One year after, Nimrod was created and sent back in time to try and change the past, but failed. Soon, mutants ruled the entire solar system. The machines turned to the Dominions in hopes that they would save them, but mutantkind harnessed the Phoenix Force into a blade and slaughtered the Dominions one by one, ending the machine future forever. The Enigma, posing as a "Trickster" Titan sent the mind of the last surviving machine, Omega Sentinel, back through time through a black hole to the body of her past self, annihilating the previous one, so that she could prevent this future from happening.[2][3]
Omega sought out Killian Devo, an agent of S.T.R.I.K.E.. She shared her life experiences with Devo, making him believe that he had grown up in her future. Ignorant of the brain washing he had been subjected to, Devo created Orchis, an organisation intended to combat mutantkind.[2]
House of X[]

When the mutants created the mutant state of Krakoa, the Orchis protocols were enacted and the organization became active. They managed to gain control of Sol's Hammer (converting it into the Orchis Forge) and began building a Mother Mold, which would allow them to create the next generation of Sentinels.[2]
A mutant strike-team managed to destroy the Mother Mold, but were unable to prevent the creation of Nimrod.[4] With Nimrod online, Karima continued to lay low, waiting for Nimrod to continue evolving until he was able to see the truth of her. Despite being online for a short time, Nimrod ran simulations to age himself up until he finally caught up to Omega.[5] She revealed the truth of her origins to him, and together they resolved to not only destroy mutantkind, but eventually, humanity as well.[6]
Karima tasked Nitika Gaiha with capturing Ms. Marvel by planting a psychic trojan horse in her mind.[7] Fearing for her own safety, Gaiha planted a trojan horse of her own into Omega Sentinel that would kill its host if she died.[8] Karima attempted to apprehend Ms. Marvel personally but was defeated.[9]
Fall of X[]
During the X-Men's counterattack on Orchis, she and Nimrod unleashed their ultimate weapon, Sentinel City, a massive space station capable of wiping out life on Earth. However, the X-Men impaled Sentinel City with a SWORD space station and then boarded the station to battle the renegade AI. After Nightcrawler sabotaged Sentinel City's thrusters, Karima tried to regain control of the station. After a short conversation with Rogue, Psylocke struck Karima in the head with a psi-blade, killing Karima-A and freeing Karima-616 from her control.[10]Attributes
