Katharta was a dimension within the Inner Planes.
It was an archetypal world that consisted of sorcery and barbarians.[1]
History
Korrek the Barbarian was plucked from Katharta to help the Man-Thing against the power of the demon-lord Thog the Nether-Spawn.[2][3]
Religion[]
The barbarians of Katharta invoked the names of both Zokk and Maftra,[2][3] the God-Dogs ruling over the benevolent yet enigmatic realm of Therea.[4]
The Mountain-Temple of the God Zokk was also set in Katharta.[5]
Zokk's heaven was guarded by the legendary Sibarthu, the Hunter of the Heavens.[5]
The barbarians also invoked the names of Agogin, Rabis, and Bharph,[2] though their true nature remains unknown.Residents
