History
Keka'Akeluak was the wily advisor to the Kosmosian King. He made a deal with Moonstone that he would help her and the Thunderbolts get home after they were marooned in Kosmos if they would assassinate the king and frame the King's chief rival so Keka'Akeluak could serve as the prince's regent. Both parties lived up to their part of the deal. It's unknown if Kosmos became better or worse under Keka'Akeluak's leadership.
