Kenneth Kincaid, Sr. was the father of Kenneth Kincaid, Jr.. He was hospitalized, close to his deathbed. After the doctos gave him only a few hours left, the Kincaids called Kenneth Jr. so he could rush from his office to the hosptial. Despite being held up by a grocery store robbery which was foiled by Spider-Man, Kenneth made it to the hospital with enough time to tell him father goodbye. He passed away shortly afterwards.[1]
