History

Kevin Krask was a lawyer in a law firm alongside his brother, Kenneth. Their law firm attempted to sue the City of New York for damages ensued when the police strike force, Code: Blue, was called in for a series of emergencies rather than the Avengers. They were forced into accepting a mere $500,000 settlement after their father, Kronin Krask, reappeared as an energy being that tried to collapse the federal financial system.[citation needed]

Also a member of the Hellfire Club, he was present at a meeting where Kade Kilgore presented his Hellfire Academy's Hellions in order to frighten any potential rivals to his rule over the Club.[1]

A few years later, Krask became a senator and climbed to the position of Advisor on Superhuman Relations for the White House with the change of the Presidential administration.[2]

When word got out that $1.2 billion was secretly allocated to the U.S. Hulk Operations in order to fight the Hulk, Krask publicly denied such funding, but he later abruptly resigned from his position.[3]
