After Stormphoenix took over from Storm and began to form her new world order, Morph joined her as one of the Followers of Storm. Morph was in the Helicarrier's mess hall when Kitty Pryde returned after surveying the damage Stormphoenix wrought on the Yallut and commented he wouldn't want to be Phoenix's favourite. When Wolverine lead a rebellion against the Phoenix, Morph presumably escaped the exploding Helicarrier alongside the other mutants.[1]
